Alongside the service fee, two further cost categories apply and we set both out in writing before you commit: a performance fee agreed per engagement, shaped by your industry, margins and whether representation is exclusive; and third-party operating costs — warehouse storage and handling, freight, customs brokerage, and any legal, accounting, tax, banking or insurance work — billed at actual usage by the providers who perform them.
