This Privacy Policy explains how Expanvia (“Expanvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.expanviausa.com (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us.
Expanvia is a registered assumed name (DBA) of Proxima Invest LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 3100 S Gessner Rd, Suite 15, Houston, Texas 77063, USA.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, email, phone, contact or inquiry forms, and related online communications about our U.S. market expansion and operating services. It does not govern information collected under a separate written client agreement, except where that agreement incorporates this Policy by reference.
